My gym doesn't exist just within four walls.

My gym is rocky mountain trails, city sidewalks, sandy shorelines, and dusty country roads.

My gym is my refuge, my sanctuary, my proving ground.

I run, I lift, I push my body to the breaking limit and then I push even harder.

This is not a chore or something to check of a list.

No, this is a part of who I am. This is when I feel most alive.
